Muhammad Imran earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Bari Aldo Moro, Italy, in 2025, funded by the prestigious PON Research Doctorate Fellowship supported by the Italian Ministry of University and Research. His research focuses on adversarial machine learning, AI security, and machine learning security, with particular emphasis on malware detection. In addition, he has 1.5 years of teaching experience as a Lecturer at Government College University Faisalabad–Sahiwal Campus and Arid Agriculture University–Sahiwal Campus, Pakistan, where he taught undergraduate computer science courses.
